Massachusetts has voted to restrict the sale of ALL flavored to***co products including menthol ci******es. If signed by the Governor, the state will be the first in the nation to bar the sale of all flavored e-cigarette and to***co products.

A pediatrician at Mass General Hospital for Children calls menthol the "emperor" of all flavors. In 2013, the Food and Drug Administration reported that menthol ci******es make it easier to start smoking and harder to quit.

If signed into law, Massachusetts would be the first state to ban all flavored e-ci******es and to***co products through legislation.

The New York Attorney General has launched a lawsuit against e-cigarette maker JUUL. The suit claims JUUL used the “Big To***co playbook” to market and sell its e-ci******es to youth online and in retail stores, and misrepresented the safety, ni****ne content and therapeutic value of its products.
