Here are a few reasons why supporting live music and orchestras is so important:
- Live music provides a sense of community and connection that is often lost in our digital age. Attending a concert and experiencing the music together creates a shared experience that can bring us closer together.
- Orchestras provide opportunities for musicians to share their talents and grow as artists. Without orchestras, many aspiring musicians would never have the chance to perform at a professional level.
- Orchestras also play an important role in our local economy, generating jobs and revenue for our community. From musicians to stagehands to marketing and sales, there are many people involved in the production of a concert or performance.
- Finally, live music and orchestras are simply beautiful! The power of music to move us, inspire us, and touch our hearts is undeniable. By supporting live music and orchestras, we are preserving an important cultural tradition for future generations to enjoy.
