Effective January 1, 2026. All patients will continue to be balanced billed for any coinsurances and deductibles.

Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield Patients
Due to the inconsistency in receiving payments and Explanation of Benefits from patients, the office has made the decision to have these patients make payment at the time of treatment. An office visit will be $50 and $20 for any additional service such massage, electrical stimulation, etc.
The office will continue to bill the insurance and any payments from Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield sent to the patient may be kept and cashed by the patient.
