Essential oils for sleep improvement? YES! An amazing collaboration came to fruition and I'm so excited to share it with you. I have been working with Jim, owner of Sahu Oils, to develop a blend of essential oils to help with sleep. We just released it--Blissful Rest. The oils are crafted by a family with a 275-year-old family distillery in Luxor, Egypt, where sacred oil-making traditions have been passed down through seven generations.
