We are happy to announce that Upstate Services Group, our established ownership group, will now be directly managing our facility.
Although ownership has always remained the same, we were previously operating under third-party management. This transition brings leadership and management back under one umbrella, supporting continuity, efficiency, and our ongoing commitment to quality care.
We are confident that this transition will support continued stability, growth, and excellence in the care we provide every day. Our commitment to our residents, families, staff and our community remains our top priority.
We look forward to this next chapter and the opportunities ahead.
