2230 Stumbo Road Ontario, OH 44906 We strive to create a peaceful 45-60-minute class that builds on strength, balance, and energy to inspire body, mind, and spirit. We encourage our students to take this time for themselves and to let go of all the worries in

the world. In addition to connecting and improving human well-being we focus on animal welfare & care. A percentage of studio profits will be donated to the Richland County Humane Society to help care for animals in need.

Our classes consist of both heated and hot classes where all levels of yoga students are welcomed-even first timers!

Classes where (heated) is placed next to it will be in a room that is 80+ degrees or more and will be heated by heating panels & humidifier. Classes where (hot) is placed next to it will be in a room that is 90+ degrees or more and will be heated by heating panels & humidifier. Benefits of Hot Yoga: helps manage stress, boosts heart health, regulates blood glucose levels, helps improve depression symptoms, burns calories, increases flexibility

🌿 Adopt Aloe! 🌿
This sweet girl is full of love, fun, and puppy charm! At just 5–6 months old, Aloe is spending her early months in the shelter—but she deserves so much more.

She’s a playful, silly, and super smart pup who’s eager to learn and soak up all the love she can get. You can tell she really wants to please and be someone’s loyal best friend.

A little shy in new places at first, Aloe shows so much bravery and heart—she just needs a patient home to help her grow in confidence. Once she settles in, she’s all cuddles and joy!

Aloe is currently at the Richland County Dog Warden & Adoption Center, waiting for a family who will let her run, play, and finally live care-free like every puppy should.
