Jeff will be missed 😢
Jeffery J Campau Obituary
Jeffery Jon Campau, born February 2, 1954, in Stockton California, passed away peacefully at his home in Vale Oregon, to join his wife, Jeannie, in their eternal home on May 22, 2025.
Jeff was a devoted Catholic, who did not attend church, but was thrilled to see an American be named Pope. He loved gambling and golfing, laughing and traveling and was a Service-Connected Veteran who proudly served in the Air Force from 1976-1979 with an Honorable Discharge.
Jeff and Jeannie became known to TFP Therapeutic Services almost a decade ago and chose to become sponsors by buying food for the pantry, coats for children and donating money for families who would otherwise not have a Christmas as well as to domestic violence survivors and their emergency needs.
After the loss of his beloved wife, Jeannie in 2021 of cancer, Jeff remained with his TFP Family, as a friend and sponsor as well as an adamant supporter of Veterans and First Responders. He donated his time, money and effort to support these populations with pro-bono mental health counseling, to supply Hygiene Hut with needful items for the homeless and constant attention and delight in our Feral Cat Colony. He was also diligent in making sure the facility was “taken care of”.
Jeff was able to make friends wherever he went and his selflessness and his devotion to those he loved; friends, family, children and animals, was ever present in how he lived and his generosity towards them. We at TFP, staff, board members and clients, will miss him every day for all these reasons and more. We are at peace knowing that he is happy and content as he is now in Heaven with his Jean Bean.
Jeff was predeceased by his parents Dorothy and William Campau and is survived by his niece Marci Campau and his great-nephew and heir, Huxley Campau. He had requested that there be no service, however, he has asked in lieu of flowers, donations be made to local animal shelters.
