🌟 Caramel Connections Foundation (CCF) is proud to be a Founding Steering Committee Member of the Black Family Disabilities Initiative (BFDI)—an equity-driven partnership with Anthesis focused on breaking down barriers to disability services in the Inland Empire.

🔍 What We Offer:
✅ Learn how to identify developmental delays
✅ Access child assessments and IRMC support
✅ Get help with existing services you're already receiving
✅ Connect with trained Parent Navigators, caregivers who’ve
successfully navigated the system for their own children

💬 Our Parent Navigators offer free, personalized guidance
through the assessment process and help link families to
appropriate supports.
