I know what it's like to be tired over 40's mom with 3 younger kids. Some of the major symptoms that were controlling my life this past year I decided to work on were anxiety, hormonal imbalance (night sweats, hot flashes), and weight gain and chronic fatique from high cirtisol.
The more I researched and contacted other professionals, the more I saw they all linked to 1 thing-GUT biome issues wether from a high stress environment or antibiotics the answer was always tge same~clean the gut, free the body to function as it was meant to.
In Less then a month I have basically eliminated some of these issues esp night sweats and hot flashes.
What is the gift you could hive yourself this year by only doing/changing 1 thing?

Just a short while ago I was in the throws of thyroid disease with my hormones all over the place including night sweats and hot flashes, weight gain, exhaustion and high anxiety.

Fast forward to today. I saw a post by Kim McCloskey. She was talking about her personal health journey and supplements she was taking. Because we shared a similar background both physically (Hashimoto’s) and professionally (being in the personal training and health arena) I was more apt to take what she said to heart. I decided to give it a try and a month in I am already I am having more energy in general, sweets craving and hunger is down, less bloating and no more night sweats for the first time in years.

I never want to be pushy and sell ‘stuff’. But I was so impressed with the supplements and the testimonials I decided to try them out myself and to offer them for purchase! Would love to share with you if you are interested.

Restarting my journey again of personal training/nutrition trainer to health coach! AND.....I am so excited about some newer products. This coming from a crunchie mom must mean something. The results I've seen and heard regarding these gut busting suppliments should be shared. What I've learned the past few years bevause of my own journey with inflammation and auto immune disease.

It's been a long journey♡. As most of you know I dont share much personal info on my media pages. But, as a personal trainer, health enthusiast, and nutrition buff....what happens when you are doing all the "right" things and u end up with a auto-immune disease that utterly debilatates you!
For a few years I was generally stuck to my bed with Hashimotos. Hence my long bread from media. I had not been diagnosed yet but the insomnia, anxiety, brain fog, exhaustion, and joint pain (etc) nearly did me in.
I had 3 littles to chase, a house to maintain, home school....life to do but, i wasn't living i was trying to survive.
I've come a long way in the bealth department. I have energy, strength, sleep etc...
Ive commited to sharing with you my journey and research that has brought me and my community successful transition from survival to thrivAL ;).
I will share some products that have been working healing in me!
