During the legal phase, both the surrogate and the intended parents review and sign their surrogacy contracts. This important step ensures that everyone fully understands the terms of the journey — including compensation, expectations, medical decisions, and support throughout the process.

Once all parties have signed and legal clearance is granted, the journey moves to the next exciting chapter — embryo transfer preparation! 🌱✨

🤰 Surrogacy Fact: Most surrogates attend regular prenatal appointments just like any other pregnancy, but they also have added support from both their agency and the intended parents every step of the way! Also, level of involvement and support from intended parents can vary. Some are very hands-on, while others prefer a more reserved approach — and that’s okay!🤍
