“I’m no longer able to wear my old clothes. They hang on me and look ridiculous! My husband says he’s never heard me complain that I have nothing to wear because everything is too big!”

September Highlights

September was such a full and meaningful month, and I’d love to share a few highlights with you:

1. Gluten-Free Sourdough Adventures – My sourdough bread-making journey continues! I’ve baked 5 loaves now. The flavor is delicious, but they’re still a little dense. (Any pro tips? Send them my way!)

2. Campfire Evenings – Enjoying warm fall nights around the campfire with friends and family has been such a gift.

3. Archangel Summit – I had the chance to hear from some incredible speakers and reconnect with friends I hadn’t seen in a long time. So inspiring!

4. Mindshare Summit in Scottsdale – Sunny Arizona didn’t disappoint! I learned powerful strategies to grow our message and impact even more lives. Plus, it was such a joy to meet up with colleagues, friends, and bestselling authors.

5. Living Light Community – I got to connect with friends who’ve gone through our Living Light Reset Program and hear how their health and lives have been transformed. That lights me up more than anything.

6. Masterclass Prep – I’ve been pouring my heart into creating a powerful masterclass designed specifically for midlife women. This is the tale of the modern day health seeker.

Popping endless pills, injecting themselves with peptides, slathering on hormone creams, and seeing countless practitioners because they feel no different, maybe even worse.

So what do they do, they try harder!

Once I learned that “you cannot negotiate with nature”, my whole perspective changed and it became very clear to me why people never feel their best.

As a species, we’ve separated ourselves from nature.

Here’s the fastest tool I’ve ever found for resetting the body—one I shared on my podcast conversation with Dr. Gary Sanchez.
Close your mouth.

Breathe through your nose.
Count 4–6 seconds in.
Count 4–6 seconds out.
Repeat.

Breath is the steering wheel of your nervous system. I like to call it the “first domino” in healing. You’re already taking 23,000 breaths a day—might as well make some of them work for you.
