Black wellness has always existed.

For generations, conversations about mental health were not always easy. Strength was often emphasized. Silence was common. Yet even when formal systems were limited, support lived in community.

In family systems.
In cultural spaces.
In trusted circles.

Community-centered care has always been part of healing.

Today, conversations are more open and representation continues to grow. As we reflect during Black History Month, we recognize both the resilience of the past and the progress shaping the future.

At Marsell, we believe healing hearts strengthens families and grows communities because wellness has always been collective.

We are proud to celebrate that legacy and continue building spaces where every family feels seen, supported, and connected.

On March 7, we invite our community to come together at Central Park in Rancho Cucamonga for the Veteran Wellness 5K. This non-competitive run is focused on mental health, connection, and reminding our veterans that they are seen, supported, and never alone.

Whether you walk, jog, cheer, or simply show up, your presence helps make a difference.

On Wednesday, we cut the ribbon on our new Scripps Ranch location.

Relocating from Escondido marks an important step forward in how we continue to show up for our community. This move reflects our commitment to healing hearts, strengthening families, and growing communities, and to doing this work with care, intention, and heart.

So proud of this team and the love they pour into this mission every single day.

This season, generosity took center stage at Marsell. 🎄✨

Through our Marsell Angel Tree, a total of 71 minors received Christmas gifts this year — 25 minors were supported by our staff, and 46 more were sponsored by Marsell — each gift a reminder of what happens when heart meets action.

To our team: thank you for giving so freely, for leading with compassion, and for showing up for the children and families we serve.

Our hearts are full.
Our mission is alive.
This is how we transform lives.

Tonight, opportunity takes the field. ⚽️

We’re proud to officially launch Score a Lunch with a Pro in partnership with the .strykers — a program designed to inspire confidence, connection, and possibility for kids in our community.

Through this experience, selected youth will have the opportunity to share a meal with a professional athlete, ask questions, build confidence, and see what’s possible when support meets opportunity.
