We’re proud to be part of a nationwide network of community health centers working to make care more accessible for everyone.
Upper Great Lakes Family Health started in 2009 with one clinic and a mission to provide compassionate, high-quality care to people across the U.P. Today, that mission continues through 17 clinics serving more than 25,000 patients a year, offering medical, dental, and behavioral health services in the communities we call home.
As we continue to grow, we’re staying focused on what matters most — making care easier to access, supporting our communities, and showing up for the people who count on us.
