Are you a label reader? I have been since becoming a Massage Therapist in 2000. It is amazing how many toxins are in so many packaged foods, drinks, and topical and cleaning products. On your skin, please avoid: rubbing alcohol, mineral oil, propylene glycol, parabens, TEA, DEA, and as I remember the others, I will post them. In foods, please avoid high fructose corn syrup, food dyes, artificial sweeteners, and the aforementioned toxins. Homemade is almost always better than packaged foods. God bless, stay active, and spend some time outdoors every day, The recommendation is at least 15 minutes in the sun withe face and arms exposed and without sunscreen, as it blocks your body's synthesis of vitamin D.
