Our office is closed today for Memorial Day. 🇺🇸 We will be open regular business hours the rest of the week. Please call our main line if you need to speak to our triage staff.

Summer Hours Update! ☀️

Can you believe that it is almost sweet summertime?! The temperature is warming up and we are starting to get fresh air after a busy sick season! We wanted to go ahead and give everyone an update on our modified hours and closures for the summer! We appreciate your patience and allowing us to take a few days off this summer to be with our families.

Dates listed as “Provider Out” mean that our staff will be in office from 7:30 am -4:00 pm to schedule appointments, answer triage calls, answer questions, and print records. But Kelsey will be out of office and we will not be scheduling any appointments or nurse visits.

Dates that state “Closed” indicate we will be fully closed to allow our full staff time off to relax and recharge. As always if you need immediate assistance outside of our open hours, you can call our main line and speak to our triage team or have an On Call provider paged. If you have a Newborn that will need to be seen during these closure times, just call our main line and we will get you taken care of!

We appreciate every one of you! Let do this Summer 2026!

Happy Nurses Week to Stephanie and Kirsten! We might be biased, but we think our nurses are the best around! We literally do not know what we would do without them! They are the definition of compassionate, hardworking, and fun! They keep Oologah Pediatric Care moving forward every day and bring joy to every interaction!🖤

Lillard’s Snow Removal Service! 😂 We are open today, January 26, from 10-2. We appreciate your patience with us while we navigate being available for sick kiddos, while keeping our staff safe! Please use extreme caution if you have an appointment! Our parking lot is still very slick, despite White Trucking doing an excellent job clearing it! Please use patience if you call, our phones are being answered remotely by Shannon, and this is our first time trying this method! We accept any feedback on this, as we are always learning! We will keep you posted on hours for tomorrow on our social media! Stay warm! And tag us in your snow day pictures! We love to see them!! ❄️❄️❄️🥶🥶🥶🖤🖤🖤

We will be OPEN TOMORROW January 26 with MODIFIED HOURS! We will be open 10-2 tomorrow. We will be reaching out to reschedule any appointments outside that time frame by the end of today. Our phones will be unrolled tomorrow starting at 10:00 am if you need a same day sick visit tomorrow. As always, if you need anything in the meantime, please call our main number and speak to our triage staff or have Kelsey paged! We hope everyone is staying warm and having some fun in the snow! ❄

Our staff had a great time celebrating Christmas together a few weeks ago. We enjoyed getting crafty with This and That Candle in Owasso and a yummy staff dinner after! We are beyond grateful for this team and think we might just have the best one around! 🖤🎄🎅🏼
