Flossing removes sticky bacteria and food particles from between your teeth that your toothbrush cannot reach. Flossing daily also helps maintain gum health and prevents gingivitis (early gum disease).

Bleeding gums during flossing is common when you’re first getting into the routine. The more you floss, the stronger your gums become, and the less bleeding will occur.

Remember to floss in a C-shaped motion to clean underneath your gumline! 🦷✨
