🪥 Brush twice daily for two minutes each using a fluoride toothpaste and a soft-bristled toothbrush
🪥 Start by brushing your back molars and gently move to the rest of your teeth in a circular motion
🪥 Floss teeth gently using the “c” shape technique
🪥 Replace your toothbrush at least every 3 months or sooner!

Water flossers are a great addition to traditional floss by improving gum health and efficiently removing plaque around braces, sensitive teeth, or any dental work. Sonicare toothbrushes have a 2-minute timer to ensure the correct amount of daily brushing along with different brush head attachments including gum health, whitening, and sensitivity!
