Spring is in full bloom...and so are allergies! 🌼 If your eyes are itchy, watery, red, or irritated, you are not alone! Here are a couple tips on how to keep your eyes happy.

-Avoid touching/rubbing your eyes.
-Keep the windows closed in your car and home.
-Wear sunglasses when outside.
-Wear your glasses instead of contacts.
-Use artificial tears or lubricating eye drops.
-Use a cold compress on your eyes to get relief.
