Please join us in congratulating Cindy on her 10-year anniversary with AFC! 🙌

She began her journey as an LPN at our Cleveland location, where her compassion, work ethic, and leadership quickly stood out. Over the years, she’s grown into her current role as Center Administrator at our Ooltewah location, leading her team with heart, purpose, and a deep commitment to excellence.

And she’s not done growing yet! Cindy is currently enrolled in X-ray school, further expanding her skillset and continuing to invest in the care and support she brings to both patients and her team.

Her journey is a powerful reminder of what’s possible with hard work, determination, and a passion for helping others. We’re lucky to have her!

Know the Signs of Heatstroke 🚨
As temperatures rise, so does the risk of heat-related illness. Heatstroke is a serious medical emergency that can affect anyone spending time outdoors, especially children, older adults and outdoor workers.

Watch for these symptoms:
- Headache, dizziness or confusion
- Skin that is hot, red and dry (or profusely sweating)
- Rapid heartbeat
- Nausea or vomiting
- Loss of consciousness

If you or someone around you shows signs of heatstroke, seek medical attention immediately. Move to a cooler place, use cold compresses, and avoid giving anything to drink if the person is not fully alert.
