Congratulations to Jhei Adigun, Director of Rehab, for winning December's Whatever it Takes Champion Award! 🎉

Jhei was nominated for assisting a resident in need at discharge. Jhei met this resident at home to aid her in entering her home since her walker was inside and family was not available for assistance. Jhei made sure the resident had food in her pantry and that she was settled in her home before leaving. Her passion and empathy for others does not go unnoticed. This beautiful act of love and care has made a difference with this resident, who was genuinely appreciative. Great job, Jhei, and thank you for being a part of our care team! 🩷

Evelyn recently came to us for physical and occupational therapy after a joint replacement surgery. When she arrived, she needed help with walking, bed mobility, getting in and out of bed and getting dressed, and by the end of her stay, she was doing all these things independently. 👍

Congratulations to Denise, who recently regained her independence with us after a car accident.

When she arrived, she was unable to walk or stand, and she had trouble getting in and out of bed and getting dressed. Our physical and occupational therapists worked with her to help her reach her goals.

"The CNAs, nurses, therapists, transport and maintenance staff all have encouraged me through the rehab process with expertise, humor, friendship and great care," Denise shared.
