Caregivers at Home We provide Non-Medical Home Care for Seniors and the Disabled in their homes. Please call us (423)503-4851 with any insurance coverage questions.

Our caregivers provide Companionship, Medications Assistance, Personal Care Services, Family Respite, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Transportation/Errands. Our Caregivers are thoroughly screened and must pass all Pre-Employment checks including a criminal background check, drug screen as well as a list of other screenings. We are licensed, bonded and insured, locally owned and operated by a Registered Nurse with 20 + years in the Healthcare industry. We currently accept Private Pay, Worker's Compensation, Long-Term Care Insurance, Options, National Family Caregivers Support and Title III, Choices.

Caregivers at Home is without phones & Internet since early afternoon today Thursday 9/5/24. Some FIBER lines were damaged in the area. EPB is aware and working to get the problem fixed. You can reach out to us on Facebook Messenger (clients). Employees can reach us by text or calling individual cell phones. If you have called the office # and leave a voicemail please be aware that we cannot retrieve voice messages until the phones are back in service. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I want to commend our Leadership team and our awesome team of Caregivers for their commitment to Excellence! I received this letter today from one of the Managed Care Organizations (MCO's) that we are a licensed, contracted Personal Support Services Agency with. As an Agency it's challenging at times to get all the oars of the boat rowing in the same direction. It takes dedicated commitment of the whole team and I want to publicly recognize our team.
