Think of the state of our world in 2024.

Crises, elections, ongoing wars, chaos and uncertainty flood the air waves of modern society. If you read the bible it could almost seem we have been summoned to Gods court to serve judgement because of our many sins.

We deserve exile and judgement. Has America as a nation sinned away its blessings?

While the state of the world’s affairs are in turmoil, the fact remains that this world is of the enemy and not of the Kingdom of God.

This world is not our home and we have a Savior who is EXHAUSTIVELY begging to be our King! Only the manifold Grace of Jesus can heal the manifold sickness of the human heart.

When we wanted nothing to do with Jesus, He loves us unconditionally. When we run from the smallest mention of His name, He wants ALL of us, When we walk away from Him, He comes running after us. Even though the world hates Him and doesn’t deserve Him, He died for us ALL!

It is mankinds filth and sin that makes our souls like a rotting co**se before God. This caused Jesus to suffer and sacrifice His life. We must personally take responsibility for our sins and what God HAD to do to erase them.

When we experience this anguish of truth, only then can we begin to walk the path that leads to true love for Jesus.

With these revelations, may your Holy spirit wash over us King Jesus and allow us to fully heal under your Grace and Mercy. What a powerful blessing!

Agape Love.

These verses above exemplify Agape love. Agape love is the highest and most divine form of love that the human language can describe.

It’s hard to imagine how a supreme divine being like God can fathom how human beings created by Him, suffer. How can we as humans rationalize the complexity of an infinite and all-powerful God that created us with a snap of His fingers? His true essence is too complex for the human mind to fathom.

However, we serve such a powerful and almighty God. He loves us so much with Agape love that He created a way to package His Holy Spirit inside a human flesh vessel and send it down from Heaven to live and experience the human existence among us.

Jesus felt pain, emotions, hunger, sadness, empathy, exhaustion even. God himself came down to earth and became one of us out of pure love so that we could overcome the world controlled by the enemy and have a direct connection to Him.

He knows the bounds of His own complexity, so Jesus had to come to bridge the gap. He had to come to show us how to live and to be new creations. The devil created sin and because of our flesh, sin is very difficult to overcome. Also because of our free will. Jesus dying on the cross took on every ounce of humanity’s sin and through our belief in Him, washed us clean.

God thought of it all. He filled every void and enacted the perfect plan to bring us closer to Him. Jesus is the perfect gift to humanity and the key to EVERYTHING.

That is Agape love.

TOP 3 TIPS FOR THE BUSY PERSON TRYING TO STICK TO FITNESS!

1. STICK TO REALISTIC GOALS

By this I mean, if you're already slammed in your day, starting a workout program that requires 2 hours a day is only going to lead you to anxiety & set you up for failure. Aim for quick & effective workouts that are sustianable & enjoyable. The more workouts you complete, the better you'll feel, the more disciplined you will start to become, and the more confident you will become too! & most importantly, consistent;)

2. SET SIMPLE GOALS

Big goals are wonderful! However, you can't reach your big goals without the little achievements in between. Have small goals that add up to the big ones!

3. SCHEDULE YOUR WORKOUTS!

Just like you schedule school drop off, appointments, and work meetings, do the same exact thing for your workouts so you know it's happening.

I am partial to early morning workouts before anyone can bother me because the later I push it off, the more likely I am to make excuses or put other things first.

We all sin.

Our flesh is of this world but our spirits are not. We are all unworthy before God because of our sins. However, because of Jesus Christ the Savior, our sins can be washed clean. Its in those moments, when we truly repent and cry out to Jesus, those are the moments when we are divinely connected to the Almighty.

In those moments we become one with Jesus and carry His Holy Spirit Within us. We are almost perfect beings when we are filled with His Holy Spirit and regardless of our past, He NEVER turns us away.

Eventually, the world creeps back in and blinds us of our immortality (with or without the exalted King).

He hung between two thieves, bruised to cleanse the guilt of ALL Humanity for US.

Lets live in those connected and repentant moments as long as possible and let His Holy Spirit consume every atom of our being.

You’re worthy of it ALL My King! And EVERY Knee will bow.

Proverbs 16:3; “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.”

I have struggled with this so hard lately (especially in 2023) and it has caused me immense anxiety.

As men specifically, the carnal earthly, marital and familial pressures to provide and succeed weigh us down and often times we feel like we’re drowning with balancing work, family, our relationship with Jesus, the list goes on and on.

I was already working full time as a firefighter while running a successful personal training and online coaching business when I decided to venture into starting a supplement company. There have been many ups and downs and I’ve learned so much along the way!

However my point is, pushing and stressing so hard for success at any cost offers a costly trade off. We can be successful in our own strengths and ask the Lord to bless our efforts AFTER THE FACT and in the process build our own little facade, while a fake faith in God labors for our will to be done, not His.

Success at any cost is costly: relationally, emotionally and spiritually as our neglected souls and families starve to death and our egos thrive, out of control…

My revelation for 2024 has been that we must remember our relationship with Jesus Christ is foundational for His character to completely transform our being and true success only comes from Him!

He does this in a manner that our integrity allows us to handle success in a healthy way as we leverage our accomplishments to benefit and serve others for God’s glory!

Here’s to turning the reigns over to Jesus in 2024 and If I need success to complete the tasks the King has for me, he will send it. If not, then he must have something else for me to focus on.

Either way, though, how many of us have been missing out on the joys of serving the King and giving thanks for the gifts we have already been given!?

Heavenly Father, I acknowledge and praise you as the giver and sustainer of success in my life, through Christ’s love and in Jesus’ name, Amen.
