Ultrasound Technologist – Vascular Sonography

Surgical Clinic, PC is seeking a skilled and motivated Ultrasound Technologist to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment while utilizing advanced vascular ultrasound skills to support high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
• Registered in Vascular Sonography (RVT/RVS) preferred, or willing to sit for the Vascular Registry examination.
• General Sonography registration is beneficial.
• Minimum of 3 years of scanning experience in a vascular laboratory and/or hospital setting.
• Strong knowledge of vascular anatomy, pathology, and ultrasound imaging techniques.
Responsibilities
• Perform and interpret a variety of vascular ultrasound examinations, including:
o Venous Reflux Studies
o Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) Exams
o Carotid Duplex Ultrasounds
o Aortic Duplex and Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Exams
o Lower Extremity Arterial Studies
• Assist physicians with venous ablation and sclerotherapy procedures.
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and patient care.
• Prepare comprehensive ultrasound reports for physician review.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and quality standards.
