• Clean, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must obtain Sterile Processing & Distribution Technician certification (CBSPD preferred) within 24 months of hire

We're looking for a dynamic healthcare educator with a background in clinical or allied health to lead the design, delivery, and management of staff education and competency programs. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in an allied health field (such as Respiratory Therapy, Medical Laboratory Science, or Radiologic Sciences), healthcare administration, education, or a related discipline, along with 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

In this role, you’ll develop and implement onboarding programs, continuing education initiatives, and competency-based training that align with clinical standards. You’ll collaborate closely with department leaders to identify learning needs, ensure staff preparedness, and support ongoing professional development across teams.

We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in staff education, clinical training, or competency program management, as well as familiarity with learning management systems and regulatory or accreditation requirements. Strong candidates are organized, data-driven, and skilled at managing multiple projects, tracking compliance, and enhancing programs through feedback and performance metrics.
