Ortego Allergy Asthma & Family Medicine, formally known as Prather Allergy and Asthma clinic in Opelousas, is centered on continuing to service allergy and asthma patients in the St. Landry parish area and surrounding communities. We will continue to provide exceptional patient care, quick service, and take time to thoroughly listen to each patient, and treat each patient like a member of our own family. Ortego Allergy Asthma & Family Medicine will continue to welcome and encourage walk-in patients, and happily accept all forms of payment. Ortego Allergy Asthma & Family Medicine is now accepting family patients. Our family patients will be offered the same service that our allergy patients have been given. We encourage family patients to walk-in and utilize our services and be seen the same day. Ortego Allergy Asthma & Family Medicine wants to thank all our patients for being OUR patients and to continue trusting us for all your allergy and asthma needs, and now as your family clinic. We accept insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare.

Open Monday thru Thursday from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m.
