I’m so excited to share that I’ve officially completed my licensure as an LPC, and I’m grateful to keep building Grace & Growth with so much heart and purpose.

This space was created to be a warm, welcoming place for women and children who are looking for support, healing, and growth. Whether you’re just starting to explore counseling or ready to take that next step, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

Being a therapist is more than a profession - it is a calling. We are wired for connection; even when life’s challenges make it feel out of reach. I have seen how life circumstances can steal joy and hope. I have also seen how consistent support can produce healing.

I want to serve and care for people when they feel alone, overwhelmed, or stuck. I want to help them find purpose and discover inner strength. I believe in combining evidence-based practices with emotional support.

I chose this path because growth matters, grace matters, and people matter. With the right tools, I believe that it’s possible to move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. We are not meant to walk alone.

Understanding how they differ can help you manage both more effectively.
Ultimately, balancing workload with self-compassion is key. College is tough, but by addressing stress before it leads to burnout, you can thrive.
