** PLEASE SHARE AND PARTICIPATE **
We are coming to the end of the Mizell Memorial Hospital 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), a vital initiative aimed at understanding and addressing the most pressing health concerns facing our local community.

The CHNA is a federally required process conducted every three years by nonprofit hospitals to identify key health issues, gaps in services, and barriers to care within the communities they serve. The insights gained help shape future health programs, outreach services, and resource allocation tailored to the unique needs of Covington County and surrounding areas.

As part of the assessment, Mizell is inviting community members to participate in a short, confidential survey that covers topics such as access to care, chronic conditions, mental health, lifestyle behaviors, and social challenges. The input of local residents is essential to ensure that health improvement efforts are focused, equitable, and impactful. The survey will end tomorrow, Wednesday, July 23rd, 2025 at 11:59pm.

All responses are anonymous, and results will be shared in a public report later this year.
