Honored to provide desserts this past weekend for The Dos golf tournament! They enjoyed Pecan, Black Forest, Cherry, Razzleberry (the perfect combination of blackberries, blueberries and raspberries), and Coconut Cream.

Last weekend I had the pleasure to serve pies for the dinner after golf tournament. It was so much fun because I rarely get to see people’s reactions first hand to the pies. I do get sweet messages from people but seeing it first hand is such a treat!

Hey y’all!! 👋🏻I promise I’m still alive & baking! I honestly thought life would slow down once Frick & Frack we’re both in school full time. I was wrong. I was so, so very wrong. I’m currently working on going over prices since everything is sky rocketing 😵‍💫In the mean time, if you go to the Ho**er Homecoming basketball game tonight - there will be 4 mini Razzleberry (aka Triple Berry) pies available to bid on. All proceeds go towards to the Ho**er 4H club.

I am taking orders as I can. I still need a minimum of 2 weeks notice so I can make sure and secure all the ingredients. Prices will be discussed at time of order. Thank y’all for your patience and your unwavering support!

PS the Black Forest and French Silk pies will NOT be available tonight at the game due to refrigeration issues. I just haven’t posted any in awhile….

Dont forget, Bob's Cowboy Bar, Saloon, and Dancehall will be hosting The Dos reception and REFZ SPORTS BAR & GRILL will be serving up a delicious dinner while the dessert will be Long Farms Pies!!

There will be an outside bar and the auction will start promptly by 7pm.

Sooo I’ve been dreading making this post but I can’t put it off any longer - for everyone who ALREADY has their pies placed with me (I even have some who have their names down for Thanksgiving & Christmas) I will honor my current prices. I’ve been researching and trying to set my prices that are fair to y’all yet keep me from being in the red 🥴it’s been virtually impossible. So until things settle down - when orders are placed, I will price my ingredients and give you the price. Anything placed longer than a month out, I will price about a month out and give you the price then. I PROMISE I will try to keep them as close to what they are currently as much as possible but I don’t want to sacrifice quality. I’m sorry guys. I’m praying things will settle down soon in lots of areas. Also, both Frick and Frack will be in school all day next year so I’m planning on having more availability for orders when school starts.

PS peep this new recipe I tried out. It’s a caramel cream but it tasted exactly like a butterscotch even though there’s absolutely no butterscotch involved so 🤷🏼‍♀️Not 100% sure I’m going to keep it but it sure looked pretty last weekend! Along with the Razzleberry (not pictured), Black Forest, Coconut Cream and the French Silk with double whip!

I promise I haven’t dropped off the face of the earth. Thanks to those who are hanging with me & being patient. Hoping once school starts things *MIGHT* be a little calmer. In the meantime I’m still working on my lattice skills & working on some potential new flavors to try!!! Here’s a pic of a golden, sugar sprinkled crust to help you have sweet dreams…

Happy Easter!! Everyone survived the evening & the morning was smiles all around. Even had one of my most favorite people join us for lunch.

I’ll look back & laugh some day. Maybe. But not tonight. I finished my pie orders & delivered them today then started focusing on hosting tomorrow’s “party” (as Frick and Frack call it) & dye Easter Eggs. The kids have been big helpers today but they did go outside to play for a bit. Frick came in and washed up & started helping sort 4 loads of laundry - on my clean bed. He also forgot he had filled his pockets up with dirt so he emptied them ON MY BED - on the comforter, in between the sheets, ON the clean clothes. Neither one thought anything of it so I didn’t catch it til about 730 while they were dyeing their eggs and I was *going* to start putting up clothes 🤦🏼‍♀️now I’m washing bedding…Happy Easter y’all

Yesterday was cookies, muffins and chicken and dumplings among other things. Today it’s chili, cinnamon rolls and playing around chocolate covered strawberries…Spring better hurry and get here fast before I’m as wide as I am tall!
