I’d like to introduce another amazing team member this week.
Meadow Pruett serves as Primary Trainer and the Assistant of Operations at Golden Manes of Valor, where she plays a vital role in advancing the organization’s mission through the training and care of miniature horses. She is deeply passionate about using these animals to foster meaningful connections and provide comfort to veterans, individuals with disabilities, and the broader community.
Raised on a 12-acre farm, Meadow developed a strong foundation in animal care at an early age. Alongside her two sisters, she helped manage nearly 100 head of goats—an experience that shaped her strong work ethic and lifelong love for animals. Her background also includes working with mules and horses, starting colts, and cultivating a practical, hands-on approach to training. She learned barefoot hoof trimming from her grandfather, a skilled farrier, and continues to apply that knowledge today.
Outside of her work with Golden Manes of Valor, Meadow serves as a CNA at Seminary Manor, where she brings the same compassion, dedication, and heart to the individuals in her care.
Follow along to learn more about the mission of Golden Manes of Valor and the incredible impact these horses are making in the lives of others.
Please say hello to our incredible trainer Meadow!
