Eagle View Community Health System is a federally qualified health center who primarily serves the residents of Mercer, Henderson, Warren and McDonough counties in IL. Eagle View Community Health System, Inc., is a not-for-profit provider of community health care services (medical, dental, and behavioral health) with the primary location and administrative offices in Oquawka, IL. Eagle View has operated a clinic in Oquawka since 1979, and a clinic in Stronghurst, IL since 2000. Eagle View's primary market area includes Henderson, Warren, Mercer and McDonough Counties. Eagle View is funded by revenues generated from services rendered, federal grants, local fundraising, and other grants as applicable.

🎉✨ 2025 Year in Review – Thank You! ✨🎉

As 2025 comes to a close, all of us at Eagle View Community Health and Recharge Teen Center want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our amazing patients, community, and staff for making this year so memorable! 💙

This year was filled with incredible moments, including:
🏌️‍♂️ Our annual golf tournament
🎭 Fun-filled parades
🎉 The Teen Center Quarter Auction
🏥 Our health fair bringing care to the community

We also celebrated some fantastic milestones:
💚 Partnering with local schools to provide mental health counseling
📰 One of our hygienists being featured in a magazine
🩺 Continuing to provide quality care at all three clinics
🚌Getting our Mobile Unit
