Hello all! I'd like to introduce myself, (Hi, I'm Billy) and the practice of mindfulness meditation to my hometown. I wanted to hopefully get a little momentum setting up FREE meditations outside every day Monday-Friday 7-8 am before work/school. I will be at the park by the train station, by Auradell. I wanted to start this because I realized a lot of people inside maybe some people might not feel comfortable and I also want to prove that this is a super helpful practice that I'm gladly willing to introduce to others every day with no money being exchanged. I really want to help during this transitionary time and this is something I've relied on heavily and swear by. I know it can help wherever you are at in your life with reducing stress, improving confidence and just enjoying life, taking in a deep breath. Come thru, let's vibe. Let me know who's interested!
