📢Did you know?

The drug distribution chain is a multi-step process involving manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and healthcare providers. It’s essential for pharma professionals to understand each phase to streamline the delivery of life-saving medicines.

👉Why this matters? Efficient drug distribution ensures that products reach healthcare providers promptly, minimizing treatment delays.

Specialty pharma reps must be aware of the intricacies to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

✅Pro Tip: Gain a deeper understanding of this critical process in the CSPP program to elevate your sales strategy.

You’re meeting with KOLs. But are they seeing you as a peer or a messenger?

Global regulations are tightening around advisory roles. Committees are restricted. Influence is shifting.

And yet, KOLs still expect meaningful scientific dialogue.

The challenge? Most internal training doesn't cover the nuances of regional KOL classifications or evolving policy constraints.

✅ There’s only one credential that actually matters for MSLs, and it’s BCMAS. It prepares professionals to:

- Engage ethically and compliantly across global KOL tiers
- Build peer-level scientific credibility
- Navigate shifting advisory frameworks with precision

📊 87% of KOLs prefer engaging with the BCMAS®-Certified professionals.

Regulation just changed. Did your strategy?

Medical Affairs is now operating in a highly volatile environment, marked by political, payer, and geopolitical shifts that can rewrite the rules mid-launch. Teams that wait for clarity lose credibility. Teams that anticipate policy shape outcomes.

At the ACMA Medical Affairs Executive Leadership Summit 2026, the session 'Medical Affairs Leadership in Evolving Political & Regulatory Landscapes' delivers the playbook leaders need before the next shift hits.

What you’ll leave with:

• How Legal, Government Affairs, and Market Access must integrate with Medical Affairs now
• How policy uncertainty should reshape scientific messaging immediately
• How leaders protect credibility when regulations shift mid-cycle
• Case-based feedback on your real regulatory and communication challenges

Hear directly from leaders operating at the intersection of science, policy, and power:
• Shannon P. Hatch – Crisis Communications Strategist
• Elizabeth Jungman – Partner, Hogan Lovells
• Kimberlee Trzeciak – SVP, Capitol Hill Consulting Group
• Kiana Dixson, PharmD, BCMAS – Associate Director, Educational Programs, ACMA

This is not a policy overview.
This is a survival briefing for Medical Affairs leadership.

Miss this session, and you’ll be reacting to rules already written by others.
