Cancellation Policy

Massage by KJ requires 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a fee of $25.

Cancellations made sooner than 24 hours before the appointment time will be processed without penalty.

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a no-show fee equivalent to the cancellation fee.

I understand that emergencies can occur that are out of your control. If you need to cancel within the late cancellation window due to an emergency, please let me know as soon as possible, and I may waive the cancellation fee.

It has been brought to my attention I never posted a Black Friday sale this year, so if you buy a certificate today or tomorrow, you will be purchasing a (one) hour massage for $40- to be used whenever you schedule your appointment.

I hope everyone had an amazing dinner of fellowship and relaxation, and was able to refill their hearts with gratitude. Let’s celebrate these holidays however we need to, and find happiness in the little things.
