We are practicing massage therapists in West Volusia. We are here because we truly love what we do! We feel a great sense of fulfillment, knowing that we help others feel better. We at Regen believe that massage is an integral part of full body health and wellness and should be implemented into any complete healthcare plan. Massage promotes healing physically, as well as emotionally and spiritually. Through the healing power of touch, we hope to provide comfort, relief and relaxation to those in pain. Our techniques range from light relaxation for stress relief to deep tissue work. We do custom results-based sessions dependent on your needs and goals. Good Friday always feels like a quieter, heavier kind of day for me.

It’s a reminder of sacrifice, letting go, and sitting with the in-between… that space where things feel uncertain, but something is still shifting underneath it all. Not everything needs to be fixed or figured out right away.

Today I’m out of the studio taking a little time to slow down and honor that energy.

Temporomandibular joint pain, also known as TMJ, is a painful disorder that can affect your ability to chew and speak. Frequent causes of TMJ include stress, teeth grinding and clenching, poor posture and arthritis. To help alleviate the pain from TMJ I recommend avoiding hard food, icing the jaw and getting a massage around the area of need. This sometimes includes gloved intraoral work. TMJ massage is intense but very worth it.

🌿✨ How many of you LOVED the anointing oil from yesterday’s Palm Sunday Sound Bath? ✨🌿

That blend was something special… and it wasn’t random.

We used:
🌸 Lavender
🌿 Basil
🌼 Ylang Ylang

Each one chosen with intention… each one carrying its own kind of magic.

💜 Lavender
The great softener. Calms the nervous system, eases anxiety, invites deep rest. Spiritually, it opens the crown and creates space for peace and connection. It’s the exhale your body has been craving.

🌿 Basil
Protection and renewal. Basil has long been used in spiritual practices to cleanse energy, attract abundance, and strengthen the spirit. Physically, it supports mental clarity and helps lift heaviness.

🌼 Ylang Ylang
Heart opener. Sensual, emotional, and deeply regulating. It helps with stress, lowers tension, and invites you back into your body. Spiritually, it softens the heart and encourages self-love and receiving.

✨ Why we anointed ourselves…

Palm Sunday, to me, isn’t about religion… it’s about arrival.

It’s about meeting yourself exactly where you are… without needing to fix, rush, or change anything.

When you anointed yourself, you weren’t waiting for someone else to bless you.
You became the one who said:

“I see you.”
“I accept you.”
“I meet you here.”

That’s powerful.

That’s reclamation.

🌿 Want to recreate the blend at home?

For diffusing:
• 3 drops Lavender
• 2 drops Basil
• 2 drops Ylang Ylang

For skin (always dilute!):
• 10 mL carrier oil (like jojoba or fractionated coconut oil)
• 3 drops Lavender
• 2 drops Basil
• 2 drops Ylang Ylang

Apply to wrists, chest, or forehead and take a slow breath in.

Let it be a moment. Not a task.

I’m so incredibly sorry for the inconvenience today. Duke Energy is doing work in the neighborhood and it knocked out my power, which ended up shorting some things in the studio. I know how much you plan around your appointments, and I truly hate having to disrupt your day like this.

As of right now, all appointments for today are canceled. I’m still assessing everything and will have a better understanding of the situation later today. I’ll be reaching out later today, tomorrow, or Monday to get everyone fully rescheduled as soon as possible.
