How We became a Dental Family of Four:

Dr. Florence Yoon was the first to become a dentist. After following her husband to Kansas as he pursued his dream of becoming a medical doctor, her original intent was to become an M.D. However, she found that her hand skills and patient relationship was much better suited for dentistry. How Her Two Sons would become Dentists:

Dr. Andrew and Brian Yoon knew they would be dentists at an early age. At 7, Andrew lost a tooth and subsequently put it under his pillow. The next morning, the tooth fairy (Dr. Florence Yoon) brought him a $2 gift. Brian and Andrew realized the opportunity of making money, simply by putting teeth under their pillows! They then attempted to extract each others' teeth, but to their dismay, this wasn't possible! They then thought of a brilliant plan, taking a piece of peach and carving it into a front tooth. They placed it under their bed hoping for the best. The very next morning, they arose and found $20! From that moment on, they realized that they had stumbled upon their calling! All Kidding Aside

We have been truly blessed with what God has given us. He has provided us with the ability to heal the sick in numerous ways. We found our calling owing to our Savior Jesus Christ. He has taught us that with our talents we could do more than just be dentists. We could serve others just as He did for us. It is with this attitude and gratefulness that our patients love and continue to seek us.

Back in 2017, one of our longtime patients, Patti, had a moment with Dr. Yoon during her appointment that started it all. Ms. Patti began to work up an appetite while in the chair, so Dr. Yoon joked about how the best thing to eat after dental treatment is ice cream 🤭

That simple conversation turned into something special - our very own Ice Cream Chest! A little comfort for patients after their big visits 🥹🍦
