The arterial supply of the face is primarily derived from branches of the External Carotid Artery, particularly the Maxillary Artery, which plays a crucial role in supplying the deep structures of the face. In this illustration, key branches such as the Inferior Alveolar Artery, Infraorbital Artery, Buccal Artery, Masseteric Artery, and Mental Artery are highlighted. These vessels supply the teeth, mandible, maxilla, muscles of mastication, cheek, chin, and surrounding facial tissues.
The maxillary arterial network also gives rise to superior alveolar arteries that provide vascular supply to the maxillary teeth and gingiva, while the inferior alveolar artery travels through the mandibular canal to supply the mandibular teeth before terminating as the mental artery at the chin. Understanding this vascular anatomy is essential for clinical procedures such as dental surgery, maxillofacial operations, regional anesthesia, and management of facial trauma or hemorrhage.

Physicaltherapyneed is also another excellent site depicting images of the body's muscle & fascia sheathing going thru movements along with other images illustrating what happens when the body needs help.

Regular massages improve muscle tone and reduce tension compared to having no massages.

Our bodies quietly carry stress every day... especially across the shoulders, back, and hips. Many people notice how tight their muscles feel after long workdays or stressful weeks. Small habits can influence how the body looks and feels over time, including something as simple and calming as regular massage.

Visual comparisons of muscle tissue often show a clear difference between regularly massaged muscles and those without consistent care. With regular massage, muscles may appear smoother, more relaxed, and evenly toned. Without it, tissue can look tighter and more congested, especially around the shoulders and lower back where tension tends to build.

Massage does more than create a relaxing moment... it may support circulation, flexibility, and balanced muscle tone over time. When the body releases built up tension, movement can feel easier and posture may improve. It reminds us how small wellness habits can quietly shape how our bodies function and feel.

My Story

For over 20 years, I have been on a mission to educate my clients to understand that they have the capabilities to manage & maintain their own well-being more effectively when they take back control over all aspects relating to their health decisions. However, they must first grant them themselves permission.

In doing so, this action or step allows them to feel more empowered and encouraged to pursue, achieve, and sustain, not only their wellness goals, but also their personal & professional ones. That being said, this mission includes the important task of providing similar education and assistance to fellow health/wellness colleagues, so they are reminded that they also have the permission and ability to do so as well.

My passion for this mission has further compelled me to create and develop the system & philosophy known as InTune-ition Wellness, which emphasizes the concept that the body utilizes its own intuitive language to signal us about its opinions, suggestions, or advice relating to any concerns, questions, or decisions we may have about our personal or professional journey.

Even if these signals appear to be confusing, strange, unusual, weird, or seem to not have a connection to the circumstances, we can learn how to comprehend this intuitive language and properly use the information received in order to create an actual difference with our pursuit of personal / professional wellness goals.
