You should never stop training just because your back hurts.
This athlete came to us with low back pain that was holding him back from moving the way he wanted.
Instead of telling him to rest forever…
Instead of giving him a random sheet of exercises…
Instead of avoiding anything that challenged his core…
We built a plan around what his body actually needed.
This low bear plank with alternating arm reaches might look simple, but it’s teaching his body how to create stability while his arms move.
That matters for athletes because your core has to do more than just “feel strong” on the floor.
It has to help you run, cut, lift, rotate, and compete without your back taking over.
His pain has improved tremendously, and now we’re rebuilding confidence one controlled rep at a time.
Back pain doesn’t mean you’re broken.
It means your body needs the right plan.
DM us the word BACK if you’re tired of avoiding workouts and want to feel strong again.
