You keep stretching your shoulders.

This was a low back problem.

But if all we did was treat the low back…
it would’ve come right back.

Because every step you take running = force traveling from the ground → up your body

If the ankle can’t do its job…
the low back ends up doing more than it should

Most golfers think their low back is the problem…

It’s usually not.

Your back is just the messenger.

If your hips don’t move 👉 your back rotates more than it should
If your hips aren’t stable 👉 your back tries to create power
If your T-spine is stiff 👉 your back picks up the slack

…and over time, that’s when the pain shows up.

The golfers we see aren’t “broken” —
they’re just moving around restrictions their body doesn’t trust.

Fix the hips.
Fix the T-spine.
The back stops taking the hit.

Here’s the truth most runners don’t want to hear:

You didn’t get injured because you run…
You got injured because your body wasn’t prepared to handle running.

Most people start running first…
Then after something starts hurting, they try to “add in strength training.”

But even then—
they just go through the motions.

Reps get done…

Because there’s a difference between:

vs.
