The Creighton Model helps women chart "biomarkers" that can tell couples times of fertility and infertility, and it can also telegraph abnormalities in a woman's health. We partner with NaProTECHNOLOGY doctors to assist with wholistic treatments in regards to a variety of fertility-related issues (PCOS, PMS, endometriosis, thyroid issues, infertility, and more!)

Fertility is observed as a part of health, not disease. The Creighton Model is a system that is specifically not a natural contraceptive. Rather, it is a true method of fertility appreciation and family planning … a method that can be used in two ways for couples - to achieve, as well as, avoid pregnancy, or for single women, to monitor their fertility and health!

We believe that no woman should fear their fertility or their periods! That's why we offer two incredible classes!

Modern Womanhood is an in-depth look at hormones and reproductive
health, a discussion on the topics of ovulation, menstruation, and how to understand your cycle. It's a high school/college level look at understanding of self and relationships. It's also a class for individuals/couples to learn the basics of Fertility Based Awareness Methods and cycle charting.

Intro to Womanhood is an exploration of the four key female biological processes: ovulation, menstruation, gestation, and lactation. This class offers an overview of the physiological functions of the female body during these distinct phases, as well as strategies for optimal self-care throughout these processes. It offers a framework for enhancing self-awareness and improving interpersonal relationships.
