Depressed and heartbroken 💔 Don’t start your journey running to your MD or psychiatrist (also an MD) for an antidepressant. First of all, grieving is natural and part of the healing process. I know it feels AWFUL, yet, when you actually DO something with it, you will grow from it and come out stronger and better and more resolved. It may require working with a professional. It may require feeding your brain 🧠 what it is deficient in first in order to make any forward movement and then you’ll be surprised at how quickly you move forward.
