After 10 years, we’re excited to introduce a new chapter at Latow’s Fitness & Nutrition 💪

We are officially merging with Renewed Strength Physical Therapy & Wellness, bringing performance-based physical therapy directly into our gym.

From the bottom of my heart, I want to say how grateful I am for every single one of you at Latow’s Fitness & Nutrition. This gym is more than a place to train — it’s a community built on commitment, hard work, and showing up for yourself and for each other.

Each day, you choose to invest in your health, your strength, and your growth, and that’s something I never take for granted. Your energy, effort, and trust are what make this place special. I’m incredibly thankful to be part of your journey and to watch you continue to push limits and create real change.

As we head into this week, we’re opening a limited number of spots for new members. If you have friends, family, or coworkers who’ve been thinking about getting started, now is the time. We’re looking to bring in a few more people before spots fill up — and they’ll get the same support, coaching, and community that you’re a part of.

What a day. the entire gym family hates you, but loves what you’re doing for . We have been doing this every years since Justin has started this amazing project! I asked every client today to do as many pull-ups as they could in thirty minutes! I had a 64 year old do 300 pull ups! I personally completed my 1000 I promised for the day! I hope everyone can contribute to the fundraiser this year!
