We are officially merging with Renewed Strength Physical Therapy & Wellness, bringing performance-based physical therapy directly into our gym.

• Adjunct Faculty teaching DPT students
• Fitness-Forward / Performance-Based approach

From the bottom of my heart, I want to say how grateful I am for every single one of you at Latow’s Fitness & Nutrition. This gym is more than a place to train — it’s a community built on commitment, hard work, and showing up for yourself and for each other.

Each day, you choose to invest in your health, your strength, and your growth, and that’s something I never take for granted. Your energy, effort, and trust are what make this place special. I’m incredibly thankful to be part of your journey and to watch you continue to push limits and create real change.

As we head into this week, we’re opening a limited number of spots for new members. If you have friends, family, or coworkers who’ve been thinking about getting started, now is the time.
