A message from my granddaughters

Choose humanity.

The world feels heavy right now.
A lot of hearts are bracing.
A lot of nervous systems are on high alert.

Come back to your spirit.
Come back to the part of you that knows we belong to each other.
Let compassion be your prayer in motion.
Let gentleness be your protection.
Let love be your leadership.
Do not give your energy to what feeds on conflict.

Name what harms.
Protect what is sacred.
Move with courage when silence
Would cost too much.

When you offer comfort, you shift the field.
When you choose care, you raise the frequency of the room.
When you stay human, you become medicine.

Remember who you really are!
We all deserve a sound life!
