: The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) uses a Five-Star Quality system to rate skilled nursing facilities monthly. This system assesses health inspections, staffing, and quality measures, assigning a star rating for each, culminating in an overall rating.

We are delighted to announce our communities' achievements in April. Two of our communities have earned the prestigious 5-star CMS rating, while two others achieved commendable 4-star ratings. Today at La Grande Post Acute Rehab, we had such a wonderful time with our culinary creativity activity! 🎨 Everyone enjoyed dipping cookies in colorful coating and using edible markers to create their own unique designs.
