Working with this sweet family was so special and felt like we were old friends hanging out, laughing and talking all things birth, midwifery and parenthood. When I arrived at the birth, it was no different. Seeing mom greet me with her sweet smile, and her hubby and doula hug me hello. Then we waited and labored together through the hardest parts. In all the different positions, in and out of the pool. She trusted us even when it was hard and intense. Then all of a sudden, on the toilet, we knew baby Ellie was arriving soon. We waddled back to the pool with one hand on her perineum bc my midwifery antennas were saying I don’t think we’re going to make it. The next contraction came, we kneeled her down and just like that, baby girls head crowned, then fully emerged with a big birthday splash. 💦 Mom looked up to her husband and held onto him for the final push. Baby Ellie was born, full of birthday frosting, blondie hair and the sweetest little cry. Happy birthday baby girl, it’s been a joy being yours and your family’s midwife 🥲 Love you so much🤎🌿

Seeing the steel framing go up and the layout of each room, I felt so much joy I was almost in tears 🥲 All I could do was smile, laugh, and feel every emotion. Dreams really do come true! The doors are opening soon — and next month I’ll be sharing the exact opening date and location for the Birth Center 🤎🌿 Stay close — it’s almost time. xo

Welcome earth side to our newest little Honey Midwifery baby 🌿✨ This little angel boy joined us at 41 wks + 6 days! It’s wild to see this sweet photo and know how much I love these sweet souls and how I knew these two little munchkins when they were both in the belly. This little guy, Jack is a strong boy who made it known early on he was the boss. Coming in 2 weeks after his sister did and weighing almost 2 pounds bigger than her while mama was standing, hugging her hubby. He’s been such a dream and peace for us all. Thank you beautiful El-Assadi family for choosing me to be your midwife and a part of both your pregnancies 🤎🌿 I love your little family to the moon! Xoxox

I’ll never get tired of this beautiful joy and endless love I get to experience. I get to meet amazing parents & form such meaningful relationships. I’m truly so so grateful I get to love on and receive love from my dear midwifery families. It’s brings me so much joy 🌿🤎. This sweet little munchkin is one of my midwifery babies that I got to hang out with and her pretty smile just lights up the world. I can’t get enough of my little love 🌿I always remember the day of your birth & you landing in my arms fast and ready for the world🤎

Another little love has made his way earth side 🌿🤎 His sweet mama dreamed of bringing her babies home, in the comfort + safety of their own home. After 3 hospital deliveries, she was able to be make this dream come true with her 4th. With her partner holding her up, her 2 besties cheering her on, and her 3 babies nearby, she birthed her baby standing up right in her own home just as she’s been dreaming for years before. Congratulations my dear Jacqueline! You rocked this pregnancy + birth just as I knew you would! I can’t stop smiling knowing you had your dreamy, redemptive birth. Sending so much love to you all! 🤎🌿

Those blue eyes, that little lip 🥹 An angel was born into his daddy’s hands🤎🌿 Welcome earthside sweet little James! We are all so, so in love with all 9lbs 3oz of you! and Josh, you guys have brought me so much joy being your midwife, and watching you navigate this birth that literally tested every part of you and gave you a new meaning of the word Surrender, has just brought me to love your family even more. I am beyond proud of you all and yet, not surprised one bit how well you’ve made it to the other side. Congratulations you two! James is so lucky to have the coolest, fun, loving and kind parents 🤎🌿 What an honor for all!

Not too long ago I was palpating this sweet little girl in the belly. And now, we are both palpating her little brother together. It’s wild this midwifery ride. Seeing these babies grow and grow and being in their lives is just the greatest honor 🌿✨

Welcome to the world Mariella 🤎🏡 I can’t get over how proud I am of these power parents. They achieved their redemptive VBAC at home. For the first time she was able to have a labor and birth that wasn’t intervened with and sure enough she blew us all away having her fastest birth all while looking and sounding like she’s done this before. I can’t over how hands on her partner was every single step of the way. It was such a beautiful experience working with your family. And of course for all the laughs and bonding during midwifery care. Congratulations you two, Mariella is so lucky to have you as mom + dad and I am so lucky to be your midwife 🤎🎀

2025 is the year of unconditional love. So much love that you trust yourself to step into the unknown, to believe that you are worthy of the life you dream of, and to settle for only that and more. It’s the year to honor your growth, embrace change, and show up fearlessly for yourself. Each year, I am humbled by the lessons I learn, the growth I experience, and the incredible families I have the privilege to love and guide. 2024 has been the best year yet for Honey Midwifery, and I know in my heart that 2025 will bring even more opportunities to grow, connect, and thrive. My sweet love at our last midwifery visit. She brings so much love and light to the world 🥹 Every time I brought my head to hers, she would smile so big, her little tongue would wiggle and make us all laugh. She is literally such a bright light and her parents are also such big beautiful lights in the world. I genuinely feel so grateful having such beautiful families in my life. 🤎🤎🤎 I love what I do and the beautiful relationships I build 💐

Welcome Home, baby Noah! 🌿🤎🏠 And a big, warm congratulations to Kayla + Collin on accomplishing their HBAC! After their first hospital birth cesarean, they had a deep calling for a healing, redemptive vaginal delivery at home. They were so intentional at each visit preparing for the Labor Day and took my birthing classes together to do all the things they could to empower themselves. I am so so proud of this sweet family and their trust in each other, their baby and in me as their midwife. Love your sweet family so much! It’s been an honor watching + guiding you✨
