From connection and conversation to sleep and play, these everyday habits help children feel safe, supported, and understood.

Every child is different, but feeling heard and connected is always a strong place to start. ☀️

We recently spent time together at The Flower Fields for our annual Sunshine Pediatrics OC retreat. 🌸☀️

Sunshine Pediatrics was built on friendship, trust, and a shared vision of bringing warm, evidence-based, family-centered pediatric care to Orange County.

We’re working hard behind the scenes and getting closer to opening our doors. We can’t wait to grow with this community.

National Exercise Day ☀️

Staying active looks different for everyone—and that’s the beauty of it. Whether it’s pickleball, beach walks with pups, yoga, or time outdoors, movement can be fun, meaningful, and part of everyday life.

Regular activity supports physical health, mental wellness, better sleep, and healthy habits for both kids and adults. The best exercise is the one you enjoy and can keep doing.

Allergies or a cold? 🤧🤒
They can look very similar—but a few key clues can help you tell the difference.

✨ Think allergies if:
• No fever
• Lots of itching/sneezing
• Symptoms linger

✨ Think cold if:
• Fever
• Thick congestion
• Improves within ~1 week

It’s still early, a little messy, and very much a work in progress… but we can already see it becoming a place where families will feel cared for, supported, and at home.
