This one drinks like a smoothie but counts as your veggies. 🥒🍌🍏
Banana, apple, and cucumber might sound like an odd trio, but they come together in the most refreshing way. It's creamy, lightly sweet!
Cucumbers and apples bring water and fiber to keep you hydrated and your digestion moving smoothly. Banana adds creaminess plus potassium and vitamin B6, which help your nervous system and muscles do their thing. Parsley might be the surprise hero here—it's packed with vitamins K, C, and A, plus minerals that support bone health and immunity.
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Wash and chop 2 cucumbers and 2 apples. (Leave the skin on for extra fiber!)
Peel 1 banana.
Grab a small handful of fresh parsley.
Toss everything into the blender with 1 glass of water.
Blend until smooth.
It's hydrating, filling, and weirdly delicious!
