Dear clients. It is with great thought that I am writing you to let you know Nov 30, 2023 I will be closing my office. All appointments up until that date will be in my office. After Dec 1 I will not be accepting any new clients but, will be offering limited mobile services at clients homes. If you have any questions please feel free to call me at 904-504-7245.

Dear dedicated clients, for MY health I need to immediately reduce the hours in which I am doing massage 45 hours a week is brutal for me after 18 years. Effective immediately my new hours are. Tues- 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wed- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fri- 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 7 a.m. to noon. If you have appts that fall outside these areas please contact me to adjust them. I will be unable to stay later to accommodate on specific days for any clients as my health comes first. If you choose to cancel your appointments your deposits will be returned. Going forward, ANY AND ALL appointments must be secured with a credit card, they will not be held for you. Any clients not CONFIRMING appointments will have them canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

New pared down service menu up on my site. I have removed 15 services that have not been requested in 6 months. In addition, as previously discussed people stopped taking advantage of 55$ Friday Massage and Facial services. If you already have them on the books or you are a consistent client that has made an agreement with me those will stand. They are just now deleted and no longer available going forward. This was hard for me, to say I try to help as many people and be affordable for all is an understatement. Too many bad apples spoiled the bunch on this. If you have difficulties and need to be seen and aren't able due to budget constraints then please have a dialog with me. All of this is in the works as a greater plan for MY health and well being, and I have been terrible at physically taking care of my body. After 18 years and multiple surgeries I am moving into the semi-retired phase of this career. Please still refer folks to me, just know I am not going to kill myself to see 8 clients a day moving forward. Thank you all for your patience and understanding. ~Dawn Thomas LMT
