Anxiety can make a good day turn bad very quickly. All these coping skills are great. They did forget doubt especially obsessional doubt that people with OCD experience. It is difficult to calm the anxious mind but can be done.

This is very true with people who had their emotional freedom taken from them. Being extremely empathic and/or highly sensitive can be a blessing and curse.

Do you ever have one of those days where nothing seems to go right and everything seems to go wrong? Like today, my foster kittens litter box had a cut in the bottom so there was p*e all over the floor, I then step in water in my kitchen as I’m trying to get back to the cat room to clean it and it seemed like the world was against me as the kittens could hardly get in the larger litter box (luckily had an extra one) I had for older cats. Hope they can get into it til I can get another small one. The start to my day!!!!
