Hey Friends,

+C and Amy will be at our church's camp this week taking care of our youth but C is still here to help take care of your families! Our menu is a little lighter since we are on a skeleton crew in the kitchen but the meals are packed with flavor! Be sure to get your orders in as soon as possible so you don't miss out. {Orders may close early if we sell out!}

First up is Lemon Basil Chicken and Orzo. This is a dump and bake meal much like our Tuscan Chicken. This is shredded chicken, orzo and spinach and comes with a lemon basil sauce to pour over and bake. An individual (feeds 1) is $20, small (feeds 3-4) is $35 and large (feeds 5-7) is $45. Next we've got our Crockpot Salisbury Meatballs. These are our meatballs and mushrooms in a creamy brown gravy with egg noodles. Each meal feeds approximately 6 and is $40.

And for dessert we've got our Triple Chocolate Cake. You know it, you love it, I love it too. We use 3 different chocolates to get this incredibly moist chocolate cake. You won't regret getting 2 ;) An individual cake is $10, our regular 6 inch bundt is $17 and full size bundt is $32.

We've got a Fiesta coming for you this week!

Taco Bake - IYKYK but for those who are new here let me break this down for you.... You want some seriously Mexicany flavors in one bite? This for you. Crunch? We got it. Meat? Check. Beans? You know it. Corn? Of course. Cheese? ALL DAY LONG! Yup, Yup and Yup! Ok, so our Taco Bake is cheese, seasoned ground beef or chicken, cheese, rice, cheese, corn, cheese, beans.... wait... did I mention cheese? It's Thursday before Independence Day and everyone is busy so let's get down to business!! (Also, We hope everyone has a happy and safe 4th of July!)

It's the one that got us started....

You down with CPP? Yeah, you know me! Someone said nothing says happiness like C+C Chicken Pot Pie and you know what, we AGREE! We start with slow-cooked, seasoned, shredded chicken, add in our signature vegetable mix, creamy gravy and top with a flaky crust. Bake until golden brown. Dinner Done! 1 pie (feeds 3-4) is $30 and two pies (feeds 6-8) is $45. We highly recommend getting all the pies your freezer can fit so you can have them or share with your family and friends. We LOVE sending these to our friends with new babies or loss. It's one of those meals that comforts from the inside. ❤ We cannot be held responsible for the ridiculousness you may find on your pies but we hope that make you smile and/or laugh as much as they make us as we are "decorating" them.

We know Chicken Pot Pie isn't exactly a low carb Friend's dream meal but we do our best. We've got a crustless chicken pot pie. Now, don't go thinking this will be "carb free" but it is most certainly a lower carb version. We will put the pot pie filling in a pie tin and top with a sprinkling of cheese. (you can ask for no cheese in the notes if you don't want it) Each crustless pot pie is $25.

Second this week is Philly Cheese Hasherole. Y'all loved this last time so we are bringing it back by request. This is all the flavors of a Philly Cheesesteak but with hash browns! We take seasoned ground beef, shredded hashbrowns, peppers and onions and provolone cheese. Top it with a little more provolone and fried onions. We are also introducing Crockpot Marry Me Meatballs. This is insanely delicious as all the flavors come together so well. Meatballs, sun dried tomatoes and spinach in sauce. These will come with egg noodles to complete the meal. Each meal (feeds 5-6) is $40.

For dessert we are bringing you C's favorite cake in the whole wide world. If you love chocolate and caramel then this is the one for you! We call it Better Than S*x Cake ;) It's chocolate cake, caramel drizzle running through the cake topped with whipped topping and candy bits. This week we want to help you Party Like A Patriot! We've got some favorites along with 4th of July Sides and Desserts that will have you singing the Star-Spangled Banner. So let's get into this menu...

When we say a favorite on the menu you know we mean the all-time favorite! WHITE SAUCE CHICKEN ENCHILADAS!!! We take seasoned, shredded chicken to form the filling. We stuff flour tortillas with the filling then top them with our signature white sauce. I swear heaven is created when you warm them in your oven. We suggest chips to dip in the sauce that's left over 😉 Individual (feeds 1) is $20, Small (feeds 3-4) is $35 and Large (feeds 5-7) is $45. Might we suggest upsizing? For our Low Carb Friends we have our Stuffed Poblano Peppers. We take 3 poblano halves and stuff them with the chicken mixture then top with our white sauce. We won't say they are carbLESS but they are about as close to no carbs as you'll get. A pan of 3 pepper halves (feeds 1-2) is $30.

We've also decided this is a great week to introduce you to C's family's current favorite meal which is Crockpot Mississippi Chicken Sandwiches. This will have chicken, pepperoncini and seasonings. It will even come with a crock pot liner for easy clean up. Also included are sandwich buns and cream cheese spread to complete this delicious meal. Each meal (feeds 5-6) is $40.

For your 4th of July Spectacular we've got our infamous (in a good way, not in an El Guapo way ifkyk and ifk we should be besties... my little butter cup....) Mac and Cheese and Baked Beans.

Any time food assignments are given out, baked beans are always given to her. Our Uncle Paul would eat only them and now we want to share them with you! If you bring these to the cookout, there will not be leftovers. They are sweet and savory and hearty. Made with all the things that make baked beans so scrumptious with a surprise twist. This dish has pork in it. To maintain their integrity they cannot be made porkless. We've got the menu all set so we thought "Why wait?!" so here we are! Next week's menu a day early. Yay!

First we've got Baked Ravioli. We take cheese ravioli and layer it with marinara sauce with ground beef and top with mozzarella cheese. Individual (feeds 1) is $20, small (feeds 3-4) is $35 and a large is $45.

For our Low Carb Friends we've got Baked Green Beans so basically the same as above but using green beans instead of ravioli. Each pan (feeds 3-4) is $40. This is naturally gluten free.

We've also got everyone's favorite - our Cheesy Chicken Broccoli Casserole. Or maybe it's our Chicken Broccoli Casserole. Honestly I have no idea what we call it anymore but does it really matter when it's so dang good? We love it, you love it, kids love it! Shredded chicken, rice, broccoli florets in a cheese sauce topped with butter crackers and cheese. An individual (feeds 1) is $20, a small (feeds 3-4) is $35 and a large (feeds 5-7) is $45.

For breakfast we've got Maple Sausage and Apple Breakfast Bake. We start with diced apples, add in maple sausage and top with egg and biscuit topping. It will come frozen ready to thaw and bake. Summer is in full swing! Am I crazy or are the first weeks of summer just as crazy as the last weeks of school? I understand our parents who used to say they needed a vacation from their vacation! We are staying true to our cool summer kitchen so here's our menu for the week that will help keep your kitchen cool, too!

First up is our Chicken Spaghetti. We start with seasoned shredded chicken, add in some onion, garlic, diced peppers and pimentos and spaghetti noodles then toss it all in the sauce. Next up is our Crockpot Meatballs and Gnocchi. We are really excited about this one! The meatballs cook in the crockpot all day in their cream sauce then the gnocchi, spinach and parmesan cheese is added in the last 30 minutes of cook time. So easy and so delicious! We can't wait for you to try our Bowtie Chicken Pasta Salad this week. It is jam packed with all the things. Bowtie pasta, chicken breast, grapes, celery, mandarin oranges, craisens and almonds (but let us know on the form if there's a nut allergy in your house and we will leave those far away!) in creamy dressing. We've got a good one coming up for you. We have been inspired by summer and as such are going to keep things cool. Cool to eat and/or cool in your kitchen, well, as much as possible.

Thursday Friends! We may be able to deliver on Tuesday this week so we've put a delivery availability question to see who is and is not available.

Let's get into it....

First is Tuscan Chicken and Orzo Dump and bake meal. This will come in bags with the pan and clear instructions on how to "dump and bake". We've also noted sun-dried tomatoes aren't that great when left in larger chunks so rest assured we will be dicing them up a little more or you can opt out of them all together. (Just add to the notes if you don't want the tomatoes) Shredded chicken, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, orzo pasta and parmesan cheese in Tuscan broth. Your house is going to smell Ahhhhh mazing. Trust me {I'm C} when I tell you I'm probably worse than your kids!) but you like the good stuff, we can put pecans on half. Just let us know in the comments if you'd like that. We hope everyone has had a wonderful May. We know it gets super busy so to help you relax, even just a bit, we've got next week's menu. We will be shorthanded this coming week so we are keeping options on the minimal side but for the remainder of the summer we are going to have breakfast, lunch and dinner options to really help you out.

This week we are bringing you our Beef Stroganoff. We start with seasoned ground beef, rotini noodles and we top it with our beef gravy that is To.Die.For! But don't please. We'd miss you too much. Mushrooms can be added but if you don't request them there will be NO FUNGUS AMOUNG US!

For our low carb Friends we have stuffed portobello mushroom caps. We take the cap and stuff it with the meat and mushrooms and top with the sauce. A pan of 2 caps (feeds 1-2) is $30.

Next we are bringing you Ham and Cheese Sliders! We're excited for this new one on the menu. We take Hawaiian style rolls and stuff them with ham and Swiss cheese and add a dijonnaise to give it just the right balance. (That can be left off if you prefer, just put it in the notes.)

For breakfast, or breakfast for dinner if you're like my family, we've got our Savory Breakfast Casserole. Bread, eggs, sausage, bacon and cheese. This will come frozen so you'll just place it in the fridge the night before you want to cook it and when you wake up it's ready for the oven. Hey Friends,

Just another reminder we are CLOSED Monday for Memorial Day. We love this time of year where we have the opportunity to remember those whom we've lost in the service to our country. We honor them and we thank them for their sacrifice.

Because we are closed on our main prep day we are asking for your patience as we figure out deliveries. Our usual Tuesday deliveries will be delayed either to Tuesday afternoon/evening or Wednesday during normal delivery times but we will text you on Sunday to confirm!

So let's get on with this shortened week, shall we?

For our Low Carb Friends we have Stuffed Green Peppers. Green pepper halves that are filled with Italian sausage, ground beef, ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella and marinara sauce that is then topped with more cheese. Each pan contains 3 pepper halves (feeds 1-2) and is $30.

Next is our Chicken Stuffing Casserole. This is shredded chicken, stuffing and mixed vegetables in a creamy sauce. You are going to love it! A small (feeds 3-4) is $32 and a large is (feeds 5-7) us $42. Unfortunately we haven't worked on the kinks on Gluten Free or Low Carb so hopefully you'll forgive us for that.

For dessert we've got a couple of options for you because we love both of these and couldn't decide which one to put on the menu. So why have one when you can have two?

A couple of things we'd like you to keep in mind as you are ordering this week...

This is the last menu before graduation and/or Memorial Day parties so our menu this week is to help you prepare for both of those! All of these meals freeze well if you want to order extra for your celebrations.

We will be closed on Memorial Day so Tuesday deliveries will be shifted a little but we will keep you posted how exactly.

Ok, on to this coming week.

First Up is WHITE SAUCE CHICKEN ENCHILADAS!!! We are trying to keep this one more consistent in the rotation because it is highly requested every week. We take seasoned, shredded chicken to form the filling. We stuff flour tortillas with the filling then top them with our signature white sauce. I swear heaven is created when you warm them in your oven. We suggest chips to dip in the sauce that's left over 😉 Individual (feeds 1) is $20, Small (feeds 3-4) is $35 and Large (feeds 5-7) is $45. Might we suggest upsizing? If you're thinking small, get the large. If you're thinking large, get TWO! You don't have to believe me but don't come into my DM's talking bout how you should have listened to me 😆

For our Low Carb Friends we have our Stuffed Poblano Peppers. We take 3 poblano halves and stuff them with the chicken mixture then top with our white sauce. We won't say they are carbLESS but they are about as close to no carbs as you'll get. A pan of 3 pepper halves (feeds 1-2) is $30.

Next up is a new crockpot meal that we are super excited about. We make this but have been testing it for the crockpot and finally have it right so we can pass along this crowd pleaser to all of you. We've got Crockpot Meatloaf and Potatoes. Like our other crockpot meals it will come uncooked but ready for the crockpot with very clear instructions. This is lean ground beef with seasonings and meatloaf sauce. Along side the meatloaf will be baked potatoes. They will also come crockpot ready. Each meal feeds 5-6 and is $40.

Then for all our Friends celebrating their Graduate and/or Memorial Day we've got our Mac and Cheese. Elbow noodles, cheese sauce and topped with breadcrumbs. Individual (feeds 1 as a meal or 2-3 as a side) is $20, small (feeds 3-4 as a meal or 6 as a side) $35 and large (feeds 6-7 as a meal or 8-10 as a side) is $45. There is an option to add seasoned ground beef if you prefer.

Now for dessert.... And this is where +C is probably gonna beat me down cause although it's a lot of work I want you to have exactly the dessert you want for your week to feed the kids/celebrations for all your guests/hiding in the fridge from the kids.

So first up is Sour Cream Pound Cake. Ohhhhh yeaahhhhh I don't really know what to say about it except IT'S DELICIOUS SO YOU SHOULD BUY IT!!! But please know the cake may come with an imperfection or two. They just don't like to come out of the pans easy. So if you know a trick please help us Sisters out! An individual is $10, our 6 inch bundt is $17 and full size bundt is $32.

Next is Triple Chocolate Cake. We use 3 different chocolates to make this delicious, moist cake. You won't regret ordering 2 😉 An individual is $10, a 6-inch bundt is $17 and full size bundt is $32.

And lastly Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Drizzle. And to add a little fun to your event we can make it the color (or as close as possible) to your Graduate's school. Just let us know if the comments if you'd like. An individual is $10, a 6-inch bundt is $17 and full size bundt is $32.
