BIG CHANGES ARE COMING!
Hello Liberate Patients!

We are excited to announce some new changes for Liberate Medical Ma*****na Physician Centers. For the last 7 years we have been servicing thousands of patients and we have decided its time for new growth, services and a new location! Beginning in November we will be moving into our new beautiful Orange Park office and we will also be announcing our new updated name. We present to you:

Please note that our last day to see patients in our current location (664 Kingsley Ave.) will be on Friday, November 8. We will then reopen and start seeing patients at our new office on Wednesday, November 13 for all Medical Ma*****na certification services. Our new location in less than a mile west of our current office and offers plenty of parking. We hope that our clients will find this to be more convenient as well.

With our new growth, we will also be adding new services that we will begin offering starting in December! These services will be in addition to the Medical Ma*****na services that we already offer. With the upcoming vote on Florida's Amendment 3, there's growing excitement around the possibility of recreational cannabis becoming legal. Many people are asking: “If Amendment 3 passes, do I still need my medical ma*****na card?” The short answer is yes—there are still several important reasons to keep your medical card, even with legalized adult-use cannabis.
While Florida’s exact rules and regulations will not be established until the passing of Amendment 3, other states that have legalized recreational ma*****na are a good guideline as to what to expect with this potential change.
Here’s why hanging onto your medical ma*****na card makes sense:
1. Save Money with No Taxes
One of the biggest perks of having a medical ma*****na card is that you don’t pay a sales tax. In states where cannabis is legal, recreational purchases often come with hefty taxes, ranging from 15-30% or more. With a medical card, you’re exempt from these taxes, allowing you to purchase the same products for less.
2. Save Money with Cannabis Deals
In several states with legal recreational markets, rec consumers are not privy to cannabis deals—medical patients, however, can take advantage of store savings. While there is no guarantee that this will be the case in Florida, you can guarantee the best cannabis pricing by holding onto your cannabis card.
3. Access to Higher Potency Products

With a medical card, you continue to have legal access to cannabis without any interruptions, and you can purchase products with higher potency, tax savings, and tailored support. Trulieve Cannabis Corp. has donated $60 million dollars of the $66 million raised for hopes of passing Amendment 3. Trulieve is the biggest medical ma*****na company in Florida and would most definitely benefit the most in the passing of the amendment.
