Hey, Wild Lotus fam,
Amber and I have been sitting with some big decisions lately, and after a lot of thought, we’ve decided to pause all of our group gatherings, including the Co-Ed Healing Group, for 2025.
This wasn’t an easy decision—we love the space we’ve created together, the stories shared, the laughter, the tears, the healing. But we also believe in practicing what we preach: listening to our intuition, honoring seasons of rest, and making space for what truly needs our energy.
If you find yourself needing support during this time, we’re still here. We’re happy to offer 1:1 sessions or even coordinate a private group session if you’re looking to gather your people and go deep. Just reach out to either of us, and we’ll make it happen.
Thank you for being part of this journey with us. We’ll miss these circles, but we trust that the pause will lead to even more meaningful gatherings down the road.
