Hello everyone!

I took a few months off to regroup and analyze what’s important to me.

I have realized that I do still love offering massage services to clients but not at a full time schedule. It brought me back to the reasons I became a Massage Therapist in the first place.

I wanted to be a Massage Therapist to bring comfort and enjoyment back into my clients lives.

Moving forward I will be doing just that by offering my services in the convenience of your home. These services are very limited and require a referral.

Good morning everyone!

It saddens me to have to write this but I wanted to be upfront with all of you.

I have a person or people (not sure) harassing me and my business page. These people keep posting explicit information about me that is completely inaccurate. This is a huge defamation of character and I am looking to put this to an end.

For now, I need your help! If you see a comment on a post please report it to Facebook. If someone commented on your review please go into your review and limit the commenters.

💥 Saturday Fun Fact 💥

We've all heard of pinched nerves. Have you heard of a "pulled' nerve? When the fascia around a nerve adheres to neighboring structures, this generates tension through the nerve during movement -- nerves being inelastic. This has the same effect as pinching the nerve in that it chokes off blood supply to the nerve itself creating pain and dysfunction. This phenomenon is often referred to as traction neurodesis. It happens to be a major focus of my work.
